Keeping count As you collect your Points (you don’t have to do anything – we calculate how many each order is worth automatically), they’re credited to your Points account.
You can ask for a balance figure every time you speak to your contact in the Telesales Department.
They’re worth £1 but they don’t cost you anything, Totalpoints are quite separate from WaverleyTBS prices. You negotiate your price or standard discount in the normal way and this is what you are invoiced. Then, on top of your discount or deal, you get Points.
